million units per year. It is proposed that in cases where VEIAG
realizes the local production of these products and implements an
efficient process along the supply chain, these locally produced
products will be 20-25% cheaper than the current prices in the market.
It will be manufactured with quality acceptable to the customer and
delivered at a very competitive cost with reliable delivery time. AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
Agricultural
growth is a key factor in reducing hunger and poverty, and enhancing
the sustainability of rural livelihoods in the face of increasing
social, economic and physical challenges. It also plays a strategic role
in the economic development process of many underdeveloped countries.

VEIAG A & E team has accessed certain areas with a population of
7-8 million people living in relatively small areas. The region is
considered depressed with high unemployment rates. Furthermore, this
area lacks one of the most basic agricultural products, although the
quality of climate, water and soil is ideal for its production. However,
its products are imported remotely.
In coordination with a group
of specialists, the VEIAG assessment crew has visited the region to
conduct a thorough analysis. After a long and comprehensive
investigation, experts have concluded that agribusiness production
within the region will lower sales costs by 20-25%, while also
drastically increasing employment by creating additional workplaces. LIVESTOCK

are deprived of resources for whom animal ownership guarantees varying

A & E team has explored the feasibility, management and training
aspects of the proposed project and has suggested action plans based on
reform and improvement of CAFO (concentrated Animal Feed Operations)
As
part of the project, VEIAG will reshape the current business model
centered on single facility operations with over 1500 livestock units by
creating many entities under general management, each responsible for
100-150 livestock units. It will effectively target and solve the
following challenges: fertilizer management, animal / sanitation control
and abuse and overuse of antibiotics and growth promoters. Benefits
include: increased assimilative capacity of land within economic
transport distance, increased soil fertility, prevention of
eutrophication of nearby water sources, controlled safety enforcement,
early detection and outbreak localization, minimizing effects on
